On April 19th, the Administrative HR department organized a new employee training session for recent hires, attended by Chairman Li Fuge. Through vivid images and heartfelt narration, new employees deeply felt the glorious journey of Fengri Group from its inception to the present, witnessing the company's continuous growth. This not only enhanced the new employees' sense of identification and belonging to the company but also inspired their enthusiasm to contribute to the company's development.
Next, Li Yu, manager of the Administrative HR department, gave a detailed introduction to the company's new employees. Manager Li provided a comprehensive explanation of the company's Business Scope, organizational structure, and industry market, giving new employees a clearer understanding of the company's overall situation.
Following this, the new employees attended a meeting with the chairman. At the meeting, the new employees introduced themselves one by one, expressing their expectations and confidence in their future work. The chairman also attended in person, engaging in cordial exchanges with the new employees, encouraging them to be courageous, innovative, and contribute to the future development of the company. The chairman's enthusiastic encouragement greatly inspired the new employees, who expressed their determination to live up to expectations, work hard, and contribute their youth and wisdom to the company's development.
Finally, the company's rules and regulations were explained in detail to the new employees. A comprehensive introduction was given covering aspects such as attendance regulations, work discipline, and welfare benefits, allowing new employees to have a clearer understanding of the company's various regulations.
