Summary:
At the end of September, the 6th "China Chuangyi" Entrepreneurship Competition concluded successfully in Datong City, Shanxi Province. The competition was jointly held by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Shanxi Provincial People's Government. A total of 461 outstanding entrepreneurial projects from all over the world participated in the selection. After fierce competition, 8 Hunan projects stood out, with our company representative Wang Liang's“Green Battery Sodium Leads the World——Solid-State Sodium-ion Battery”project winning second prize in the competition.
Today, with increasing emphasis on green energy, the research and development of solid-state sodium-ion batteries has profound significance. It is expected to play a huge role in the future energy storage field. Fengri Electric Group actively carries out research and industrial layout related to solid-state sodium-ion batteries.
Approved to establish a national-level postdoctoral research workstation:In 2024, Fengri Electric became the 5th national-level postdoctoral research workstation in Liuyang. After the establishment of this workstation, the next three years will focus on the research of solid-state sodium (lithium) ion batteries and positive and negative electrode materials, sodium (lithium) ion battery integration, and industrial and commercial energy storage.
Actively building a sodium-ion battery pilot plant:Fengri Electric Group is building a 0.5GWh sodium-ion battery pilot plant in Liuyang Economic Development Zone, with the new workshop expected to be put into production at the end of September 2024. This measure will help promote the further development and industrialization of solid-state sodium-ion battery technology.
Product R&D achievements and market launch:The company's independently developed sodium (lithium) ion industrial and commercial energy storage cabinets have been launched on the market. The developed solid-state sodium-ion battery can achieve more than 5000 cycles, with good stability, high safety, and low cost. It can achieve fast charging and discharging and can be widely used in electric vehicles, mobile base stations, aerospace, and other fields.
